Affordable, Versatile Skincare
Ever want a skincare product that could do it all?
Clear break outs, heal scarring, brighten, hydrate just enough, and exfoliate…sounds like a dream, right? Oftentimes, it seems like that’s all it will ever be, a dream. You either get a few benefits in one and are left without the others, or even worse, it doesn’t suit your skin type. Before attending skincare school, I thought skin to be a rather simple concept with only two types of skin: dry and oily. To my dismay, there is far more than what’s on the surface and even more to each problem in various skin types. For years, even after learning a thing or two about skin, I struggled to find the best products…until recently.
About: On top of being a product of clean ingredients, this peel imitates an authentic chemical peel from a spa without the burn, itch, or constant peeling. This peel is also gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin types.
A product that keeps on giving — after merely one use, you will see instant results of fresh, bright, and smooth skin. If you’re impressed after the first use, imagine it as a part of your weekly skincare regimen.
How to use: After cleansing, pat your skin completely dry. Pump the product onto your fingertips, then rub the area desired for a fresh start. After a few circular movements, your dead skin cells will sluff right off without any harsh scrubbing on your end.
My experience: For a while, I was on the hunt for a great Vitamin C product, but never found one that did me wonders until this product. I instantly fell in love with this product and my love for it only grew more as I continued to use it. As with trying any new skincare product, I began slow, probably once a week to allow my skin to adjust. Now, I just stick to using only twice a week after cleansing and have said goodbye to the years of struggling with texture, dullness, and dry patches.
About: Along with being a product with clean, vegan ingredients, this moisturizer is packed with countless ingredients that benefit the skin in even more ways. Though oil-free, it’s still gets the job done with hydrating just the right amount without ever over-stimulating oil production. Containing tons of great and rich vitamins, this moisturizer will definitely help put the life back into your skin in all the best ways. It also contains aloe vera (my favorite part) and is amazing when it comes to healing your skin (great for our sensitive friends!)
How to use: After cleansing and [if using a] serum, squeeze a pea-size amount to the fingertips. Rub both hands’ fingertips together and with one hand, gently place on your most dry areas, then rub your fingertips together again and pat the rest around evenly.
My experience: I haven’t had one bad break out since using this…enough said.
For years, I struggled with acne, even in my twenties. Though, that may partly be my own fault for testing new products every other week. After some time, though, it has finally paid off and I have never felt more comfortable or confident in my skin. I’ve even ditched foundation/concealer completely, which I thought was never even possible!
